Jamie Clouse

Founder

Jamie Clouse

Founder

Jamie Clouse, the visionary founder of Hope Valley, brings a deeply personal and heartfelt touch to our wellness retreat center. The inspiration for Hope Valley came to Jamie while watching the sunrise on Siesta Key Beach, where she vividly envisioned the purpose of Hope Valley and the profound impact it could have on people’s lives. This vision was fueled by her own life experiences, particularly the challenges she faced when her twin daughters were born prematurely at just 27 weeks. Their journey through months of NICU care and ongoing physical and emotional challenges has instilled in Jamie a profound empathy and understanding of the healing process.

Born and raised in Newark, Jamie has a rich background in the development of The Inns Assisted Living facilities, sharing three generations of knowledge within her family business. The team has successfully developed and opened over 28 premier senior assisted living residences across Ohio, earning a reputation as the leading choice in the Midwest. In addition to her work in assisted living, Jamie spent 15 years in the cosmetology industry. These professional experiences led Jamie to realize her love and passion for creating welcoming spaces that can foster connection and healing.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Jamie finds joy and balance in spending quality time with her husband, their three daughters, grandchildren, and their four beloved dogs. Her compassionate nature and dedication to helping others align seamlessly with the mission of Hope Valley, where she continues to inspire and lead with grace and purpose.

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.  And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
